Influencer Outreach Assistant - Remote

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, is seeking an Influencer Outreach Assistant to join our client’s growth marketing team in the US. As an influencer outreach assistant, you’re expected to work independently and be a self-starter passionate about social media and influencer marketing.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work with a fast-growing UK-based growth assistant agency and wants continuous learning and growth during their career. Some of our client’s customers include Google, Salesforce, Virgin Media, Vodafone, Hilton, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify influencers in various industries and niches 
• Reach out to influencers via email, social media, and other channels to initiate collaborations 
• Negotiate terms of collaboration and manage communication with influencers
• Manage influencer contracts and agreements
•  Analyze and report on the success of influencer marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies
  

Requirements

• Highly fluent in written and spoken English.
• TikTok influencer outreach experience is a MUST
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
• Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Can work remotely with the team during US ET hours
• Open to using time-tracking software
• US ET - 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
