Outreach and Data Verification Specialist

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Outreach and Data Verification Specialist to join our client’s team. The Outreach and Data Verification Specialist will primarily be responsible for contacting local businesses to gauge their interest in purchasing the client’s company's products. They have a list of 500 companies complete with contact numbers and emails, and the Specialist will need to verify the accuracy of this information. This position is remote and requires availability during US business hours following Eastern Standard Time or per the client's agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to local businesses through phone calls to discuss the company's products.
• Assess the willingness of these businesses to become potential customers of the client’s products.
• Verify the accuracy of the contact numbers and emails provided in the company list.
• Update and maintain the accuracy of the database by correcting any incorrect or outdated information.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
• High attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Prior experience in a sales, customer service, or data verification role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information are necessary.
• Proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets is a must.
