Refer a client to Rekruuto

Business coaches, fractional COOs and operators, accountants, and other advisers can introduce a client who needs a full-time hire. The reward is the same as our referral program: $500 for each referred business that hires.

Who this is for

You already sit with owners who are buried in admin, support, bookkeeping, marketing, or the work a developer would ship. When a client is ready for a full-time person in the Philippines, introduce them. We contact them, mention you, and match them with a vetted hire.

  • Business coaches and consultants whose clients need operating help.
  • Fractional COOs and operators who see the same gap in every engagement.
  • Accountants and bookkeepers whose clients need a person on the monthly file.
  • Other advisers who already have the owner's trust.

The reward

$500 for each referred business that hires. That is the whole payment. It is the referral reward, paid the same way as every other referral. Read the referral terms.

  • We pay the reward after the referred business's hire completes the 1-week trial and the first month's payment.
  • One reward per new business.
  • The business must not already be a Rekruuto customer or in talks with us.
  • The referrer can't be the person who is hired.
  • We pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
