Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to rekruuto.net. rekruuto.net offers this website—including all information, tools, and services available from this site—to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all site users, including without limitation browsers, subscribers, customers, and content contributors. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access the website or use any services. We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on our site. Your continued use of rekruuto.net after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Enterprise plan users are also governed by our Enterprise Terms Supplement (shared seperately). In the event of a conflict, the Supplement will prevail for Enterprise use. SECTION 1 – ONLINE SERVICE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our service. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws (including copyright or data protection laws). Transmission of any malicious code, viruses, or destructive software is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of the Service. SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Your content (except payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to meet technical or network requirements. Payment data is always encrypted during transmission. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the Service without our written consent. SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION Information on our site may not always be accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on site content is at your own risk. We may modify the contents at any time without obligation to update information. SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES All prices for products or services are listed in GBP or USD (as stated) and are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service without prior notice and shall not be liable for any such changes. SECTION 5 – INTRODUCTORY OFFER & FREE TRIAL rekruuto.net may offer introductory promotions or free trials for new clients. These are available only to users who have not previously registered with rekruuto.net. Duplicate sign-ups from the same IP, payment method, or email may be flagged and disqualified. All free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial expiry date. It is your responsibility to cancel the service during the trial period if you do not wish to continue. SECTION 6 – EARLY UPGRADES Clients who waive the free trial must complete an onboarding session before activation to ensure understanding of the Service’s scope. Should they cancel early, a prorated refund may be requested via [email protected] or live chat. SECTION 7 – SUBSCRIPTIONS (Quarterly, Bi-Annual, Annual) Subscription payments must be made in full upfront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing period. You may request to pause your subscription for a small fee starting from your next billing date. It is your responsibility to cancel or pause a subscription in advance if you no longer wish to use the Service. SECTION 8 – USE OF THE SERVICE You may submit unlimited design requests and revisions, subject to your active subscription status. Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity, subscription plan, and feedback responsiveness. Details: Rekruuto.net does not guarantee a fixed number of outputs per subscription. All deliverables should be reviewed carefully before use, particularly for print or digital deployment. You remain responsible for verifying accuracy and suitability before publication or printing. Ownership: Upon full payment, you gain ownership of all design deliverables created under your account. We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, or stock assets used in your projects, which are licensed to you for use as incorporated. Deliverables cannot be used for resale unless you notify us at the time of request to ensure proper licensing. File Storage: Completed design files remain available for six (6) months after delivery. After expiry, archived files may no longer be recoverable. SECTION 9 – PORTFOLIO LICENSE You grant rekruuto.net a limited license to use completed deliverables for marketing or portfolio purposes (e.g., website, social media). You may opt out at any time by emailing [email protected], after which your materials will no longer be used in new marketing content. SECTION 10 – STOCK SERVICES Any stock photos, typefaces, or third-party content used in your projects are provided under license. You may use such content as part of your project deliverables but not as standalone assets. Misuse or redistribution violates these Terms. Third-party stock licensing terms apply, and rekruuto.net is not responsible for uses outside of project scope. SECTION 11 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order. You must provide accurate and complete account and billing information and update details promptly to prevent disruptions. SECTION 12 – REFUNDS Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at rekruuto.net’s discretion. Refunds are typically not granted for inactivity or failure to cancel before renewal. Approved refunds may incur a 5% administrative processing fee. To request a refund, email [email protected] with supporting details. SECTION 13 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS We may offer integrations or third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Your use of them is at your own risk. Linked third-party websites are not controlled or verified by rekruuto.net. SECTION 14 – USER FEEDBACK Any feedback, suggestions, or creative ideas voluntarily sent to rekruuto.net may be used without obligation, restriction, or compensation. You agree not to submit unlawful or infringing content.
