VA KPI Scorecard Template

A one-page scorecard for the numbers you will actually look at each week: on-time work, rework, replies, and the scorecard your assistant collects before the meeting.

What's inside

  • A spreadsheet (CSV) for Google Sheets or Excel, with a row for each measurable and a week-ending date you fill in.
  • An on-target flag that calculates once you type the target and the actual.
  • A short guide on which rows to keep and which to delete so the sheet stays to one page.

Who it is for

Owners who already have a virtual assistant, or are about to, and want a weekly page of numbers instead of a feeling that the week went well.

How to use it

  1. Delete any row you will not look at. A scorecard nobody opens is worse than a short one.
  2. Write a target that is a number, such as tasks finished by the agreed time, not a sentence about trying harder.
  3. Ask your assistant to fill the actual column at the end of the week, before your review.
  4. Read the on-target column together. Talk about one miss, not the whole sheet.
  5. Change a target only when the work changed. Do not move the target because a week was hard.
  6. After a month, drop any row that was always blank.
