Tell us who to talk to
Share your details, the business, and the person to contact. A line about what they need helps us start the conversation well.
We reach out and mention you
We contact them personally, say you sent them, and offer a free strategy call.
They hire with confidence
Most roles are $1,800 a month, and software developers and AI Implementation Specialists start from $2,500. Every hire starts within 14 days with a 1-week trial, backed by a replacement or a refund.
We keep you posted
When your referral hires, we let you know and send your reward: $500 for each referred business that hires.

Referral terms
- We pay the reward after the referred business's hire completes the 1-week trial and the first month's payment.
- One reward per new business.
- The business must not already be a Rekruuto customer or in talks with us.
- The referrer can't be the person who is hired.
- We pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
Who makes a great referral
- They spend hours each week on admin, support, sales, marketing, bookkeeping, or development work someone else could own.
- They want a full-time team member, not a freelancer or a part-time arrangement.
- They are happy to work with a professional based in the Philippines who works their hours.
