UI/UX Designer job description
A UI/UX designer designs screens and flows that are easy to use and good to look at. They research users, map journeys, build wireframes and prototypes, and hand developers clean, specified designs.

Responsibilities
- Map user flows and journeys for new features
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and clickable prototypes
- Maintain the design system and component library
- Run quick usability tests and turn findings into changes
- Prepare developer handoff with specs and states
- Review built screens and log visual or interaction issues

- Two or more years designing web or mobile products
- Expert in Figma, including components and auto layout
- Understands accessibility and responsive design
- Comfortable with user research basics
