Candidate vetting

Candidate vetting is the process of checking that an applicant can really do the job before you hire them. It combines résumé review, skills tests, work samples, structured interviews, communication checks, and reference or background checks. Thorough vetting is the biggest single difference between remote staffing providers.

What it means in practice

Rekruuto uses top 2% vetting: candidates are screened for skills, communication, and reliability before you meet them, so your interviews focus on fit with your team rather than basic ability.

If you hire on your own, build vetting into steps: a short application question that filters for attention to detail, a paid work sample, a structured interview, and a live conversation to check spoken English and judgment.

Every Rekruuto hire is then backed by a 1-week trial with a replacement or refund.
