Hi, I’m Sid Jashnani - Founder of Rekruuto, Delegation Junkie and Certified EOS Implementer®.
I help hard-working entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get what they want from their businesses. Put simply, I guide visionary entrepreneurs to take their companies from good to great. But it’s been an unconventional journey to get here.
A few years ago, I was overwhelmed, juggling countless tasks while managing a $4 million IT System Integration business (Momentum Group). Every day felt like a relentless sprint, with a mountain of to-dos and no clear path to conquer them all. Sound familiar?
Then, I discovered EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and transformed how my company operated from the top down. EOS isn’t just for a single leader – it’s a system for the entire leadership team and company, fostering clarity, alignment, culture and seamless execution that allow everyone to reach their potential. With EOS in place, I was able to step back, focus on the big picture, and scale in ways I hadn’t thought possible. Over the years, we scaled that business from $4 million to $35 million, allowing me to step back and focus on what mattered most.
After a few years of using EOS internally, I’d freed up my time and found my true calling in helping other good companies become great. I became an EOS Implementer, helping leadership teams find clarity, structure, and a path forward. But through this journey, I kept seeing the same challenge across companies – leaders bogged down with tasks, scrambling to find the right talent, and struggling with hiring budgets while handling work equivalent to $15/hour.
That’s when I founded Rekruuto, an offshore talent agency (runs on EOS) dedicated to helping high-achieving entrepreneurs access world-class offshore Filipino talent. Our goal at Rekruuto is to connect entrepreneurs with high-quality, affordable talent so they can focus on what truly matters: growth, innovation, and achieving their vision.
My mission is simple: empower entrepreneurs to build better businesses and live better lives. With EOS as a guiding structure and Rekruuto as a trusted talent partner, I believe that any company can transform from good to great – and any leader can unlock the life and business they’ve always dreamed of.
