Seats that stay with the leadership team
The Visionary and the Integrator are not assistant seats. The person who sets the vision, and the person who runs the business day to day, have to be in the company. An assistant can make their week runnable. An assistant cannot hold the seat.
The same is true of a department head who must hire, fire, and own a number in the leadership meeting. You can hire the person who prepares that number. You should not hire a stranger to be the head.
Seats a full-time hire in the Philippines can fill
These are the seats we actually place. Each one is full-time. Most are $1,800 a month. Software developers and AI Implementation Specialists, if the gap is building or automating rather than operating, start from $2,500 a month. - Visionary or Integrator support: an executive assistant at $1,800 a month. Agenda, scorecard, calendar, to-do chase. Not the Integrator seat itself.
- Marketing seat, the production half: a marketing assistant at $1,800 a month. Drafts, scheduling, and reporting. The offer and the client relationship stay with you.
- Sales seat, the first-touch half: an SDR or lead generation VA at $1,800 a month. Research, sequences, and meetings booked to your rules. They do not discount.
- Finance seat, the books half: a bookkeeper at $1,800 a month. Categorizing, reconciling, and the receivables follow-up. They do not sign, and they do not file as your CPA.
- Operations seat, the coordination half: a project coordinator at $1,800 a month. Handoffs, dates, and the list. They do not replace the operations leader.
- Customer seat: a customer service VA at $1,800 a month. The queue, the macros, the notes. Exceptions still have an owner on your team.
How to use the exercise before you hire
List what you did last week. Mark what only you can do, what someone could do with a short checklist, and what should stop. The middle column is the job description. If that column is calendar, inbox, and meeting follow-up, start with the executive assistant. If it is the CRM, start with the marketing or sales seat. If it is the books, start with the bookkeeper.
