Integrator vs executive assistant
An Integrator runs the day-to-day business and holds the leadership team to its rocks. An executive assistant prepares the Level 10 meeting, keeps the calendar, and chases the to-dos the meeting created. They are different seats. We hire the assistant, full-time, in the Philippines, at $1,800 a month. We do not fill the Integrator seat.

What the Integrator owns
The Integrator is the person the Visionary hands the business to. They run the leadership team meeting, clear issues, and make sure each seat is doing the work on the Accountability Chart. When two departments disagree, the Integrator picks an order.
That job needs the context of the whole company, the right to say no to a leader, and a reporting line to the Visionary. It is a leadership hire. It is not a task list you can hand to an assistant in week one.
What the executive assistant owns
The assistant makes the Integrator's week, or the Visionary's week, actually happen. The work is concrete: the agenda out the day before, the scorecard numbers in before the meeting, the to-do list chased on Thursday, the calendar protected from meetings that do not need that person.
A strong assistant will notice a rock with no owner and a number that did not show up. They will not decide the rock is the wrong rock. That decision stays with the person on the solid line.
- Level 10 agenda, issues list, and the notes after the meeting.
- Scorecard collection, with a blank called out before the meeting starts.
- Rock and to-do follow-up, logged so the next meeting does not relitigate it.
- Calendar and inbox for one leader, not a dotted line to every department.
- Process notes the team already agreed, filed where the next quarter can find them.
How to tell which seat you are hiring
If the job is to run the leadership team, resolve cross-department issues, and be accountable for the operating plan, you are hiring an Integrator. That search belongs with you and whoever helps you hire leaders. It is not a $1,800 assistant seat.
If the job is to make one leader's rocks, meetings, and inbox move without that leader touching every detail, you are hiring an executive assistant. That is the seat we fill. Most full-time roles are $1,800 a month. Software developers and AI Implementation Specialists start from $2,500 a month. Hiring can start in 14 days, with a 1-week trial: a replacement or a refund if the fit is wrong.

Frequently asked questions
Can an executive assistant act as the Integrator?
No. The assistant can prepare the meeting and chase the work. The Integrator still runs the business and still makes the call when two leaders want the same hour.
Who should the assistant report to?
One person. Usually the Visionary or the Integrator. Other leaders can send tasks. When the tasks collide, the person on the solid line decides the order.
How much is the assistant seat?
A full-time executive assistant in the Philippines is $1,800 a month. The Integrator is not priced on this page because we do not place that seat.
How fast can the assistant start?
Hiring can start in 14 days. The first week is a trial. If you are not satisfied, we find a replacement or refund your money.
