Trial period

A trial period is a set time at the start of a hire when both sides test the fit on real work before fully committing. In offshore hiring, a trial lets you check skills, communication, and reliability in your own workflow. The key question is what happens if it fails: a replacement, a refund, or nothing.

What it means in practice

Every Rekruuto hire starts with a 1-week trial. If the fit is wrong, we find a replacement or refund your money. One week of real work tells you more than any interview.

To get the most from a trial, give the hire a representative mix of tasks, not just the easy ones, and agree on what good looks like before day one. A short role scorecard makes the decision at the end of the week straightforward.
